Accounts payable clerk will work with members of the finance department and will be responsible to review and verify all invoices prior to posting, including confirmation of authorization policies and procedures. Applicant will post invoices, prepare check runs for payment and maintain vendor files. Accounts payable clerk will also be heavily involved with tracking and verifying purchase orders of inventory items.Accounts payable clerk role requires a detail-oriented individual who has the expertise to work in a high energy office environment. Intermediate level Excel and demonstrated skill with accounts payable is required.
